Because I didn’t understand this, I wasted YEARS of my life.

There’s something significant that I wish I had known when I first started my fitness transformation journey…

Because I didn’t understand this, I wasted YEARS of my life.

Here it is:

You can go to the gym six days a week and train like a pro bodybuilder.

You can spend hundreds of dollars every month on all the supplements under the sun.

But if you’re not fueling your body correctly, you’re missing out on at least 80% of the results you could be getting.

Think of it this way.

If losing body fat, building muscle, and transforming your body was driving a car.

When you aren’t fueling your body correctly, it’s like:

Getting in the car, start it, put it in gear, and then try to roll to your destination.

Sure the car will move, and you can steer it in the right direction.

But you’re not going to get very far…

To explain further:

The purpose of training is to stimulate your muscles.

You break down your muscle fibers which signal them to adapt and grow.

But without enough protein intake, there’s no material there to support the growth.

Without enough carbs, there won’t be enough fuel for the training.

If you have fat to lose but don’t consume fewer calories than you burn, you’re not losing any fat.

Nutrition is 80% of the equation, and this is why.

So if you’re going to the gym and training, you’re not fuelling your body correctly…

You’re only getting 20% of the results you could be getting if you were fuelling your body correctly…
