When you hear something, you will forget it.

When you hear something, you will forget it.

When you see something, you will remember it.

When you do something, you will understand it.

This is why most people fail when it comes to their fitness goals.

I don't want to make accomplishing your fitness goals sound complicated because it's not.

But there is more to it than most people initially think.

And when it comes to achieving the desired results, you can't just read articles and watch videos.

Knowing what to do is not enough.

You need to understand what you're doing.

And to understand what you're doing

It would help if you did it.

Just think.

How much information have you consumed and have yet to take action on?

80-100 % of it.

And that, right there, is a big chunk of the value in coaching.

When I work with my clients, I give them only the information they need when they need it.

And then the next step or two.

Because thinking too far ahead leads to overwhelm and inaction.

And information is only helpful with action.

So whether or not you decide to hire a coach this year.

Remember this.

When you hear something, you will forget it.

When you see something, you will remember it.

When you do something, you will understand it.
