A couple of things we're focusing on in Warrior Bootcamp right now.
1 - Different pricing structure.
We now take more cash upfront. (Overall cost of the program stays the same). It makes the most sense economically. Many people want to avoid being locked into more extended payment periods. They're willing to pay more upfront.
2 - A new marketing approach.
One of our longest-running ads got smashed by the IOS updates, and we've been playing catch-up… with mixed results.
The eternal tug of war is between getting leads and qualified applications. You gotta distrust leads till they prove themselves. Metrics mean very little till the money shows up on your spreadsheet.
3 - Scaling without scaling.
Over the last couple of years, the mantra for high-ticket services and programs has been "Scale at any cost. Scale scale scale." And yeah, I get that. Everybody wants to rule the world.
There are more ways to scale than hiring many people, and engaging more people = more overhead. More overhead = less profit.
We let go of our setters a while back, and it made zero impact on revenue.
That's because our approach to scaling has always been offer-first.
A scalable offer solves so many problems in business.
Our marketing team is two people. Our operations team consists of 1 person. Our sales department is one person. We don't need a whole sales team, multiple copywriters, different VAs, and all that.
We need an offer that doesn't need a big team to fulfill, no matter how many clients come in.
