Are you confident?
No, I'm genuinely asking.
I don't mean in a self-absorbed, "I'm better than everyone" or "I don't need your help or opinions" type of way.
I mean, do you trust yourself? Are you able to make a decision and stick with it? Are you aware of all that you're capable of?
Self-confidence has been a huge key to my success as a coach.
And it's the key to your success, too.
Confidence helps lower fear and anxiety, increases motivation and productivity, and provides more resilience in times of struggle.
Confidence roots you in who you are — in the best way possible!
You can accept your weaknesses, knowing they don't change your self-worth, and you can celebrate your strengths and use them more fully.
This week, I want you to focus on building your self-confidence.
I like to write down three things I am confident about each morning in my journal. Sometimes it's work-related; sometimes, it concerns my personality or accomplishments. Whatever that looks like for you, I'd encourage you to follow suit.
And, if you're feeling up to it, hit 'reply' and let me know what your three things are today. I'd love to hear!
