Try out this super quick and easy recipe and see for yourself!

Beefy Mexi "Cauli" Rice

Ingredients:

One head of cauliflower (grated with a cheese grater)

One lb. grass-fed ground beef

14.5 oz can of organic garlic and onion tomatoes

One tablespoon of chili powder

Garlic salt to taste

1 Medium Avocado

Directions:

In a skillet, add grated cauliflower, ground beef, and tomatoes.

Cook on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink

Add chili powder and garlic salt to taste.

Turn up the heat to cook off the liquid, and serve and top with avocado.

Healthy food can be satisfying if you do it right!
