Here are three free strength routines demonstrated by several women from our training community.


This is NOT CrossFit, lol.


This is Powerbatics, Ninja Strength element.


You'll learn three straightforward routines you can start working on that will build:


1. Upper body, Lats, Biceps

2. Core, TVA, Obliques

3. Iliacus, Psoas


If you CAN'T do them...that's ok; there's always a regression in the bag. Book a spot below and build a Gameplan with us.


If you CAN do them...then there's always a Level Up. We do official Level Ups about 1x a month until folks do one-arm handstands and one-arm pullups...no joke.
