How much sleep do you get?
The environment that made us get enough sleep has gone.
After 20 days of demanding, continuous physical activity:
- 7 hours of sleep per day: peak efficiency
- 6 hours of sleep per day = So So efficiency
- 5 hours of sleep per day = peak efficiency with naps - { More hours available in 24 hour period with 30 min naps to prevent crashing.
(30 minutes - minimum time for effective nap)
