I invited you to take a New Opportunity in my message to you yesterday.

I invited you to take a New Opportunity in my message to you yesterday.

I asked that you say something out loud.

"I am strong. I am powerful. My mind is open to learning. My body is ready to take action. I will become stronger than I was yesterday."

If you said that, how did it make you feel? Did you notice anything?

When I'm training my very advanced students, I tell them something essential.

They could be scared out of their mind trying to build the courage to make a new, difficult move, or they could've just fallen trying it for the first time.

And then I say to them, "Back up. Stand at attention. Close your eyes. Relax. Now watch yourself doing it. Start running. Reach hard. Body tight. Fast feet. You're up. You're over."

And then I ask them, "Did you land it?"

After their face changes colors from white back to flesh tone

They calmly answer, "Yes."

And I say, "Do what you just saw."

And then they crush it.

Visualizing it is the start, but speaking, it turns those thoughts into reality.

It would be best to see yourself more robust, healthier, nailing that Press Handstand, V Stand, Muscle Up, or whatever skill you want to gain.

And then you need to start by simply talking about it out loud with another person.
