Is not eating enough the reason you’re fat?
When I’m helping guys identify the problem that’s making it hard for them to lose fat, I often hear this.
“I think I’m not eating enough.”
To be honest most of the time, that’s true but also not true.
If you’re trying to lose weight, and it’s not working.
You are eating too many calories.
That’s a fact.
But you’re probably not eating enough food VOLUME.
And you’re probably not eating at the right time and frequencies either.
Which is why you’re eating too many calories.
Not eating enough food volume or at the correct frequencies causes hunger, cravings, fatigue, and lack of willpower, leading to poor choices.
Your eating habits are like a pendulum swinging violently back and forth.
If you want to lose body fat, build muscle, and get 6-pack lean
It would help if you got that pendulum under control.
