  1. Reduce the # of offers you have

  2. Reduce the amount of customization on your offer

  3. Have fewer markets to approach


You’d be amazed at how much easier it makes things.


Here are some more things that I’ve found a lot of success in reducing:

  1. Number of gurus & coaches you listen to

  2. Number of accounts followed on social

  3. Number of courses taken


My Friend, Once you reach a certain point, it becomes about quality over quantity.


You want to be in masterminds with Russell Brunson and Alex Hormozi, not Joe, who works at Ikea and says anyone can be a consultant.


You want to enroll in programs where people are pushing seven figures or more, not people who are “funnel hacking.”

That’s why we only accept certain people into Academy.


We want to ensure we’re offering a high level of service, which isn’t possible when you do everything for everybody.


This brings me to my next point.
