Let's get this answered: What are systems?

Friend,

Let's get this answered: What are systems?

The system is a buzzword in our industry.

Many fitness gurus or companies tout, "Systemize your business and watch your business run itself!"

I'm sorry, but that is so vague, and typically once you get past the hype, there aren't any systems for you.

So what are systems?

Systems are the habits of your business.

And you can have healthy habits, unhealthy habits, or no habits at all.

This is what it looks like to have unhealthy habits.

Lead generation is going well. Every week you go to follow up with them, and every week you follow up at a different time, an extra day, another message, and you can never figure out what works and doesn't. It becomes incredibly exhausting and confusing. This doesn't help you reach your client or revenue goals.

Then you can have no habits.

Lead generation is going well. I don't remember you following up. Enough said.

And finally, you can have healthy habits or systems.

Lead generation is going well. Every week you follow up with them. You have specific days & times you do this, or better yet, you have it delegated to a staff member. You use particular messages on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd follow-ups. And it always happens no matter what, and it's always moving you toward your client and revenue goals.

Friend, If you want to start building healthy habits or systems, there are two ways you can do it.

1. Trial and Error. As you grow your business, you can create your systems yourself. The only problem with this is that it takes a lot of time. Once you build a plan, there's a good chance it will not work precisely how you want it to.

The constant changing and tweaking put you in the "unhealthy habits" category.

2. Buy Speed. Get systems created for your unique business that other gym owners have proved. Running a business can be challenging, and it's not meant to be that way. The more straightforward method is using our Warrior Business System, which has all the core systems you need to free up several hours a week and focus on what you love doing.

You're going to put yourself into the "healthy habits" category and start seeing better results in the areas where you feel stuck.

Which of these sounds like where you're at, and where do you want to be?

Could you reply and let me know?

Chat Soon,

Kirk
