Most of the businesses I look into are not safe.
The founders don’t know this, not at first, anyway. They judge their entire position based on only one thing: revenue.
A lot goes into creating a quality business besides how much you make from the company.
When I first learned this, I did the same things most people do.
Ignored it.
I tried to argue with it.
“Outsourced” it.
And when people inevitably messed it up or did it incorrectly, I realized something.
To delegate things properly, you have to understand at least what you’re charging.
