My friend, I have a short post for you today.
Here's the deal, you can coach part-time and be good, but you'll never be as good as you could be if you were full-time.

The version of you who devotes all of your energy, education, time, and focus towards improving what people are paying you for?
The version of you who devotes all of your LEFTOVER energy, education, time, and focus towards improving the thing people are paying you for?
"I'm getting surgery, and I want to find a surgeon who has a full-time job as a teacher and operates on patients after school and school breaks." - No one.
