Not a win-at-all-costs, not a beat-the-crap-out-of-the-competition, and not a sit-in-a-puddle-of-tears-with-a-coach-yelling-at-you-making-you-hate-your-sport kind of competition.
The goal is to create a family event for all ages and levels to have fun together.
And we are gaining strength, mentally and physically, together for LIFE.
We have children up to 50+ y.o. We are having a blast with both the Training & the Competitions.

The Elements of Powerbatics include:
Ninja Strength: this is a favorite amongst Adults for total body strength and mobility
Cirque Aerial Arts: also a choice for Adults and generates incredible flexibility
Freerun & Tumbling: a crowd favorite
Power moves: flares, airfares, flips, and all that
Handbalancing: slow, controlled, strength development for all ages
Please remember that although these sound "cool," they are not "cookie-cutter courses." They are elements of Training and customized coaching.
