The most prominent mistake men make when trying to lose weight:

Let's face it, weight loss is simple but not easy - yet many men struggle.

We know successful weight loss includes:

  • moving more and working out

  • eating healthy MOST of the time

  • prioritizing sleep and stress management

  • building lifelong sustainable habits

So why do so many guys struggle?

Because information and propaganda are shoved in your face every single day.

You focus on fast results with the following:

  • fad diets

  • replacement shakes

  • other pills, potions, and snake oils

But the biggest mistake you can make is failing to build the proper habits and mindset.

You're not overweight because of a diet, a fancy workout, or a "lean and green" shake.

You're overweight because you've focused on all the surface-level nonsense.

Building a lifestyle takes time.

But so did gaining those 50 pounds.

Being stuck isn't your fault.

Staying stuck is 100% on you.
