Find the pain point of your ideal clients. Create your content and Facebook group/community around the solution to your ideal clients' significant pain points. For example, if your perfect future buyer lives in a specific town or city and is interested in increasing their fitness, create a group promoting wellness in that local area.
Make your group private but visible. Do this by using the group settings within your Facebook group. This will allow you to ask questions to your group members as they request access. Be sure one of the questions is: "What is your email address?"
Put out only a little content. Make sure to serve your group appropriately. Go live once a week to engage your members with helpful content that delivers them a quick win related to the result you specialize in. Promote the date/time of that live session. Then let it go.
Allow your team to post. Let them post to the group if you have others on your team.
