Yesterday, this message from William arrived in my inbox:

My #1 desire for my business right now is to have 12-15 clients pretty consistently who are private pay. I currently have about 6-7 clients through good help, which is paying me only $30.00 an hour, which I find humiliating. I am semi-retired and working part-time.

Thanks to his response, William and I can now have a conversation to figure out how he can go from the humiliating situation he finds himself in into where he truly wants to be.
