You DO NOT need to do cardio, ANY AT ALL, to lose fat.

You DO NOT need to do cardio, ANY AT ALL, to lose fat.

Because, as I like to say, cardio does not burn fat.

Does your body burn fat for energy while you're doing the cardio?

Yes, it does.

But if you're not eating in a calorie deficit consistently, over time, you're not going to lose any fat over time.

Friend, If you're eating in a calorie surplus or maintenance over time, you'll either gain fat or just not lose any fat.

When it comes to fat loss, it's all about consistent negative net energy balance over time.

The easiest way to ensure that happens is by controlling your food intake.

Friend, I wish I had known this years ago.

I used to do 40 minutes of cardio 3-5 times per week, even when trying to gain muscle.

Because I thought cardio burns fat, and by doing it while I gained weight, less of the weight I gained would be fat, and more would be muscle.

It turns out I was just wasting time and energy.

And if you've been doing cardio but haven't lost any fat, I'm sorry to say you've wasted your time and energy.

I am tired of learning that the hard way?

If so, I'd love to help you.

How?

Friend, We'll set up a time to chat to see if we're a good fit.

And if we are, I'll create a customized training and nutrition plan to strip your last layer of fat off and pack on 5-15 pounds of lean muscle mass in the next three months.
